Socket punch is a fun twist on the brawler genre. You play as a rebel robot fighting hordes of enemies whilst simultaneously managing your power.
Your power is both your health and stamina bar, where moves and actions will drain both health and speed. Luckily there are power outlets from which you can recharge, with your retractable power cable.
We added a global highscore so you can compete with other players and the devs!

RC5-2 Changes:

(Hopefully) fix a bug that would cause the tutorial elevator to leave without you
* fixed a bug where going out of bounds would crash the game
* fixed a bug where the power cable did not line up with the cursor
* fixed a bug that would allow you to enter the elevator with the power cable still connected
RC6 Changes:
* Added a damaged indicator
* Reworked the score board to show all scores, not just top 10
* Add in-game UI to show score board progression
* optimization on the enemy spawn/despawn

Our author Joseph had so much fun with that game, that he decided to write an article about it and we also uploaded a little gameplay video of it. :) And I agree with him: It was a blast to give all this robots a good ol' 'Socket Punch' right into their metallic faces! I also admired the game design, because what it made really challenging was to find constantly more energy, so that I could play more. :D Congratulations for making such a neat game!
